Everything was perfect during our stay, the breakfast was really nice, the room pretty, cosy and clean. The hotel is perfectly placed right next to the Grand Via. It really was a pretty enjoyable stay and we would love to come back if we go to Mardrid again !

A great location off Gran Via and nearby metro station. Room was very comfortable and despite overlooking the square the glazing made it exceptionally quiet. Staff were superb especially in their support during the recent power outtage.

I think a very good choice I made last minute to stay in Madrid and to choose this accommodation! Very nice service, good room and also like the cute bathroom supplies you have in the room.
