"First, the location is outstanding. We walked 10 minutes to Museo del Prado, Plaza de Cibeles. The room is like small apartment with space enough for 4 -5 adults. We had terrace with a jacuzzi. Even tough the hotel is in the Gran Via Ave we did not have any problems with the nouse of the cars, etc I will repeat this hotel in my next visit to Madrid."

"honestly this place did not look like a hostel. More like a holding cell for immigrants , in fact I was asked if I was part of a Colombian group that is staying awaiting deportation. The room smelled really bad.,people were inside their beds and they seemed very dirty people . Some of them lived there. There was only one bathroom for women and I was told that I need to use that lbathroom and to be fully clothed because yeh girls were there . I did not stay . I checked in , stayed an hour and...
