Andy was responsive host. Downsides-black mold growth from leaking A/C made wife sick (had to sleep on couch), pool had sharp tiles leading to scraps, beaches were not pleasant with jelly fish larva, good shopping 15km away, no laundry or clean drinking water, needed a car.
