"Our room was very clean and comfortable with great AC and wifi. The bed was big and clean but the pillows were much too big. We could help ourselves to tea and coffee throughout the day and a nice breakfast was included. We liked being 10 minutes from the night bazaar and near the old town."

"We arrived and the room was ultra humid, dark there was a dead cockroach on the floor and the room smelled like sewage. After running the ac for a while it got better better but the humidity gave me bronchitis (i literally spent 2 hours at the hospital yesterday to find out what was wrong with me. The bed is so old it is arched like a banana so you wake up with terriblr back ache. I’m only 37 so should not wake up feeling like i’m 60. "

"The positives were that the staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfy. For us the downside was that it's close to the party area. The room had no window/ natural light and was bare. We didn't warm to the style although I'm sure others may find it quirky and different."

"We had an amazing time at The London Teahouse! While we were supposed to have a busy vacation in Chiang Mai, I had a foot injury and was only able to stay in the hotel for the most of our trip. Despite that, Sarah was very accommodating and even transferred us to a lower room so that I’d have an easier time going down the stairs. We’ll definitely book his place again once we’re in town"
