Love love love the experience here. The service I got is more than I expected. Would love to have better address because I was quite lost looking for this place through Expedia location but searching on google maps shows a better result

7階の風呂は最悪、緩く不清潔。

宿が古いので少々汚れが目立ちますが、部屋は広くてよかったと思います。 あと、防音がイマイチですね。隣の部屋の声が結構聞こえたので、もう少し防音されたほうがよいかなと。（施設全体が古いので仕方ないのかもしれませんが。） あと、Hotels.comだと子供料金の概念がないようで(大人料金と一緒)、そこはちょっと残念でした。 ただ、総合的には満足しています。

バイキングが良い。夕食には地酒の飲み放題もあり、炙り寿司など料理の種類も豊富でした。お風呂も茶色のお湯で、手荒れに少し効いたようです。一つだけ、部屋のエアコンの利きが悪くて暖かくならなかったのが残念です。 石段も近くで、行く途中に金太夫の足湯があり、ゆっくり浸かれました。バス停もすぐ近くです。

このホテルは実は振り替えになり、泊まっていなくて、伊香保グランドホテルに宿泊になったので、伊香保グランドホテルについての感想です。とてもスタッフの対応も良く、施設は古いけど、とても楽しめました。
