"The hotel is smart, but nothing happens there. Eg. There is a rooftop bar and pool but no one uses it because it is not stocked and there is no encouragement to use it. The same with the bar and lounge on the ground floor. The rooms are comfortable and smart, but could do with Coffee & Tea making facilities. There is a small fridge but this could do with being bigger. The bathroom is a good size but does not have a shower screen or curtain so the floor gets wet. In our case the shower cable...

"A great stay here in Crete, if you’re planning to come here from Heraklion I suggest renting a car (around 1 hour and 30 minutes from there). The resort is stunning, all new and with attentive staff. The food offered at the buffet was great, many options and with excellent desserts. The room was modern and stunning, I loved the pool on the balcony. The beach is long and stunning with nice beach beds. Overall I loved my stay here. "

"This was a fantastic place to stay. The only problem, and it’s a very minor one, was that the light at the exterior were not functional (or we were not able to figure out the correct switch) and we were unable to remove the key from the door lock on the inside when we can to checkout. But the staff and location are incredible. We will definitely plan to come back here with our children sometime in the future. "
