It gave us great peace of mind throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally polite, respectful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. "Awful. No heating in the room dispite me upgrading to an executive room. No hot water. I do not recommend this hotel in the winter. I came home ill. For breakfast no juices whatsoever. Never again. I even complained to the general manager of the hotel. Apparently his email address doesn’t work."
