Medium-level hotel on the beach
A medium-level hotel on the beach, nice staff, and the hotel facilities are more or less ok. The only real negative experience I had was that I have booked a room with a sea view but was assigned another room type, the room was ok and spacious and not a big deal since I was there only for one night.

Bonjour, je suis parti quelques jours dans cette hôtel avec ma famille mais j’ai trouvé que quelques prestations sont à améliorées . L’équipe d’animateurs est sympathique mais cependant l’hôtel manque cruellement d’animation , Les animateurs ne font pas l’effort de s’adapter à toute la clientèle ilsne s’adaptent qu’à une catégorie de touristes par exemple nous sommes français il n’y avait aucune musiques française ou anglaise . Concernant la restauration ce n’est pas digne d’un hôtel quatre étoiles c’est vraiment l’aspect negative de l’hôtel . Je trouve ça aussi inadmissible que l’hôtel ne soit pas traité contre les moustiques, séjour désagréable à cause des piqûres de moustiques et de méduses dans la mer . Pour un quatre-étoiles je trouve que la propreté reste à désirer, beaucoup d’améliorations à faire au niveau des chambres . Les aspects négatifs de l’hôtel prennent le dessus sur les aspects positifs . Personnellement je ne recommande pas cette hôtel et je n y séjournerai plus . Bonne journée à vous .

L’hôtel est parfait pour un séjour au soleil. La piscine est très bien : grande avec deux étages et bien entretenue, la plage est aussi bien entretenue propre avec toujours de transats libres et la mer est parfaite. Deux bémols à mentionner la Wifi était de mauvaise qualité avec des jours entiers sans internet et le bungalow réservé n'avait pas de vue sur mer comme indiqué lors de la réservation.

Bella struttura che merita le 4 stelle.
Ottimo hotel ma pecca un po' nell' All Inclusive. Manca un buon servizio alla spiaggia ed alla piscina. Ottima stanza e personale cordiale e pulito. Scarso il gruppo di animazione. Vorrebbe essere un Club ma, date mie esperienze passate in veri clubs, non ne ha le caratteristiche.

Mooi hotel op een goede locatie
Doordat de wegen in Mahdia onbegaanbaar waren door hevige regen, kwamen wij pas om 21:00 uur aan in het hotel. Mijn partner is een Tunesiër en de eerste vraag was of wij een huwelijkscontract hebben (dit geldt alleen voor mensen met een Tunesische nationaliteit). Het was voor ons niet mogelijk om in het hotel te verblijven. Na wat heen en weer gepraat mochten we uiteindelijk toch blijven. Er werd ons zelfs aangeboden om eten op de kamer te bezorgen omdat wij te laat voor het diner aankwamen. Onze kamer was prachtig en heeft een apart toilet en een enorm balkon met uitzicht over de tuin, zwembad en de zee. Het ontbijtbuffet en dinerbuffet zijn erg goed en uitgebreid. Het animatieteam is professioneel.

Disappointing stay
Parking: At night you can't find any parking inside the hotel. and The night security guys that open the gate to the cars were rude. In my case they they told me the parking was full. so I parked outside, than when I was waliking inside I saw a car coming out, so I decided to go get my car inside, but the securuty guy told me that I can't do that. and that that spot is reserved for the minister. Next day when I asked the receptionist which minister is in the hotel, he told me he didn't know about any minister inside the hotel. My conclusion is that the hotel is listed with free parking, but apparently it's "half free"... The next day I also saw a resident trying to enter his car to the hotel to see if he can find a parking spot. the guy at the door told him it is full. But the guy insisted he wants to enter and take a look, so the guy at the gate started screaming that he said it is full, and that is why a lotof cars are outside. he intimidated him. I hope the Hotel looks into that. a resident at the hotel needs to be well treated and to be treated equally with all other residents. and the parking nor the hotel belongs to the guys at the door. By the way the guys at the door during the day were very nice. The rooms were clean too. The food is not bad. not a big variety but not bad, though you need to come early or you will find a long line at the showcooking and most likely you will not find all the plates
