"Loved this property. The managing staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Aaron, specifically, answered all my questions and really helped me navigate the city. The apartment was clean and the front desk staff was really friendly and helpful as well. It was quite noisy around us, as there is a lot of construction, but the property itself was exactly what I needed."

"The host Farid, is probably the best communicator and helpful person you will find. The place is tucked away and quiet. It has good access to get into central London an the local area of Barns and Hammersmith has lots to do and some great bars and restaurants. "

"The interior facility was fine. Clean and functional. The communication with management was good. They responded quickly. They called to check to make sure everything was OK early in the stay. However… As many other reviews have said about the Hounslow location… The entry area was filled with trash every day from other businesses. The space heaters were not properly assembled and so they actually sat wobbling on the cords. I did call and report this and sent pictures. There was zero security....
