"This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The receptionist (blonde lady) spoke perfect English and was very helpful and friendly. The pool was open all day to 9pm, with a special child friendly time from 5-7 which my child adored, and it was very clean and modern. We parked in the garage underneath the hotel (for a fee) which you need your room card to gain access. This was safe and secure. We didn't eat at the hotel as we wanted to explore the town and there is lots of places to choose from, all walkable within 5-10 minutes. "The room was exactly as described, small, stairs as described, shared bathroom as described. Some other less positive are really unkind, marking diwn just because they couldn't get a table in the restaurant for example. I wish I had time to stay longer in Chur and Graubuenden."
