"Ce n'est pas la première fois que je viens dans cet hôtel. J'ai pour habitude de réserver sur internet et après je téléphone à l'hôtel pour savoir s'ils ont bien reçu la réservation. Confirmation faite et ils m'ont envoyé le mail. Le 29 Decembre à notre arrivée la standardiste nous a soutenu qu'il n'y avait aucune réservation a notre nom !!! On lui a montré le mail et nous a répondu que cela n'était pas une preuve .??? Mon mari c'est énervé ,le patron a du venir ,elle n'etait...

Surrounded by hills and woodland it made the perfect getaway for two couples and an extra one on the comfortable sofa bed. St Girons is a lovely small town with a great atmosphere and good access to walking in the Pyrenees. Host was helpful and unobtrusive giving you full access to the pool, gardens, driveway and laundry facilities. Thank you Myriam."

"Communication from the outset was excellent, Nina was extremely helpful. She even went to the extent of getting us the loan of a guitar for my son! The house location was close to the main road which made it easily accessible, but road noise wasn’t an issue. It was also close to a few large supermarkets but a car is necessary for grocery shopping. "De advertentie is niet up to date. Hanteren andere tarieven dan in advertentie en je moet voor vele zaken bijbetalen. Oa voor het wassen van kleren .. is niet in het huisjes zelf. Bij de incheck is er geen rondleiding… moet je borg betalen … dus binnen de 24h moet je alles opgemerkt en gaan zeggen hebben. Uitcheck blind… dus doen wat ze willen met je borg… De attractie op het meer is bijbetalen. De omgeving is wel prachtig en mooie uitstappen/ marktjes."

The property was very comfortable set on 2 levels with everything you could possibly want from a property. The location was amazing within walking distance of the village and set on the river. "We were a group of 7 friends staying for a wedding hosted 5 mins away from the property. The home was perfect for such a big group, with lots of space for everyone. Communication with the property manager was straightforward and check-in/check-out process went smoothly. Our only suggestion would be to get some fans as there are no fans or AC and the windows do not have screens on them, so it would get very hot and you couldn't leave windows open without letting in mosquitoes. Beautiful home stay

"Communication from the outset was excellent, Nina was extremely helpful. She even went to the extent of getting us the loan of a guitar for my son! The house location was close to the main road which made it easily accessible, but road noise wasn’t an issue. It was also close to a few large supermarkets but a car is necessary for grocery shopping. The local village had very few shops and restaurants which meant there was nothing accessible within walking distance. We did find a local restaurant towards the end of our stay which was in a field, serving drinks and a small range of meals, in a very quirky style and setting. The home itself is beautifully decorated, and clearly much loved. We noted an extensive range of crockery, glassware etc, and it was well stocked with bowls, serving dishes, pots and pans. One slight negative was both bathrooms are downstairs but we were aware of this when we booked. The pool area was well set up with furniture and parasols, the owner keeps an eye daily on water levels and quality but asked us to also be diligent to keep the pool operating properly. We loved the outdoor eating area which is covered and cosy, with plenty of crockery, glassware etc. We ate most of our lunches and evening meals here as a family, and played cards in the evenings. We took day trips to Toulouse, Carcassonne and Montauban as well as Auterive, Montesquieu, and the discount centre at Nailloux. A lovely family holiday. Nina was a wonderful host. Thankyou."
