The morning front desk clerk was rude, not very helpful, with no customer service skills. Suggestion would be coffee pots in room, or aviailablility of morning coffe in lobby. Elevator contruction in progress during day, which did not bode well for sleeping during day

Is nice and close to the old city and easy walking distance to all the local attractions. Enjoy walks by the Rhine river just a couple minutes away.

NIce hotel, friendly staff, good location right at the old city center. They fix the elevators which creates quite some noise. Apart from that, no complaints.

However, the following were lacking: - there were no face towels, only one large towel per person. - power outlets were only at the floor level and on one side of one bed. - the elevator did not work, door not closing properly - room key failed if someone was already in the room (in the shower) I got stuck outside. Thought the key was faulty...
