"Olde world building at the centre of the village. Very friendly staff and very clean room and communal areas. Very good breakfast. One of the staff booked a table in a near by restaurant, due to it being a Sunday and not many places open on a Sunday in France. Would I stay here again, a definite yes."

"We liked the Rustic French charm of the property. Extensive gardens combining beautiful trees and flowers with areas left for wildflowers and insects. The room was charming, comfortable and clean. We had breakfast and evening meal cooked by Pascal which was very good. This is our 2 nd visit and we would definitely return. Pascal is a very friendly and welcoming host. A unique place to stay."

"The stay was perfect in every way. The Park Room that we stayed in was full of antiques, with stunning decor and four shuttered windows that overlooked the the estate, pond and horses, donkeys and cow. The breakfast was very special with the host's homemade marmelade, bread, yoghurt, fresh fruit and eggs from the chateau gardens, local cheeses, pastries. Amazing. Ivana was a wonderful host and was so knowledgeable about the area and local history; she goes above and beyond to make the guests...

"Really enjoyed our stay here. The property is situated far away from any source of noise - in the middle of farmland. It is very peaceful. The house is well equipped and well cared for - the pictures do not do it justice. It is a nice mix of modern amenities and rustic fixtures. The pool in the garden is shared with the owners but this was no problem. "The chateau was stunning. Giles was really friendly and one got the run of the chateau. the rooms were fabulous. Really large with seating areas. One felt at home immediately. Lovely area. Good restaurants in the village. The breakfast was great. Everything you could want with the some of the best coffee I have ever had in France over my 30 years of visiting.
