"We stayed here for a quick weekend away. The house was very clean and well-stocked. The location was perfect for a couple families to get together and enjoy the deck and lake. Close to the Mashpee Children’s Museum and not too far from beaches. Quick drive to local breweries. Communication with the property manager seemed to be through an automated bot type system but we didn’t have any issues so didn’t need to call anyone. Would stay again. "

"The house was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were very comfortable. I loved the outdoor space a lot. It had large seating for my family. The teenagers were very disappointed because the house advertised a hot tub and there was not one. I called and they had that removed from the listing. We had a power outage and the jukebox stopped working. The children were a bit upset about that. The only big negative was the issues with the electrical outlets. It obviously did not...

"House is great and has everything. The one remote to operate the a/c in one of the upstairs bedrooms needed new batteries (we think). Also we think the entry lock battery is low as it kept going out on us mid code. We wrote the Vacasa people and they wanted us to buy new batteries. NO. "We complained about the first room we were given in that there were two flight's of stairs to climb(and it was teeny tiny. They accommodated us with a nicer room, with a view. The only weiired thing was there was no microwave? Fridge/freezer, coffee maker but no micro. This seemed unusual for us as wve stayed in many hotel rooms and a microwave is usually standard. Huge TV though."

"The updated junior king suite we stayed in was spacious and well decorated. All the servers we encountered at the front desk and tavern we very friendly and helpful. It was nice having the tavern just a few steps away, food and drinks were very good. We would definitely return to the Coonamessett!"
