"Overall, my stay at Hatten Hotel was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement. 1. Reception service needs serious improvement. The counter was closed without any notice while I was waiting, and staff were unhelpful and some even walked away without answering questions. 2. "The location of this hotel is convenient access to banks like bank rakyat and hlb, walking distance but difficult to give directions. I used Bunga Raya from the Shore Mall then reached shops like selling plus sized t shirts, shop like Mustaffa .jst walk straight.. Jonker st also got public bank. Eateries like mamak stalls, chinese food, bbq,hotpot , thai nearby /at Shore Jonker etc cendol,, nyonya, simple mee goteng or fried noodles etc l and chicken rice but i dont remember seeing jpnese food...
