Cozy and quiet apartment in Malaga city center with parking included.
Best location: in the city center with views to Mount Gibralfaro.
Quiet and safe area, easy transportation. It's in Victoria Street, near Plaza de la Merced and Alcazaba (5 min walking distance), 15 min to the beach. Just park your car and go everywhere on foot.

Our place is comfortable and ready to make your stay in Malaga memorable. Rest and feel like at home after visiting this beautiful city:

- Comfortable queen bed in the bedroom and confy italian sofa bed (double size) in the living room, both with visco elastic pillows for your best rest.
- Marble floor to keep the apartment cool.

Wonderful stay in Malaga
My family and I had a great time at Juan’s property in Malaga. It had all the essential features to make it a comfortable base as we explored Malaga and the south of Spain. Juan made us feel welcome and provided us with recommendations to make our stay enjoyable. The property is very centrally located and is nice and quiet during the night.

This is a great apartment within walking distance of almost everything! We were here for 10 days and were able to walk for groceries and everything else we needed. Juan is a wonderful host. Very responsive and helpful. If we return to Malaga we would try to stay in this apartment.

Lovely flat, great location
Juan met us at the car parking and walked us to the flat which is bright, modern and very well equipped, just like the photos. Juan gave us some great tips on places to visit, and local restaurants. A very enjoyable week, our first time in Malaga and hopefully not the last. Very convenient location for walking into town but also easy to access the main roads to visit other locations. We drove to Alhambra and Ronda. Both stunning and well worth a visit.

Wonderful Location and Apartment
The apartment is beautiful and well equipped for a stay in Malaga. Very close to groceries, coffee, bars, and restaurants. It is a very short walk to old Malaga filled with shopping, restaurants, bars, and historical sites. Juan was a great host with suggestions on places to see, and where to go for drinks, meals and sights.

We loved our stay in Juan's apartment. It is within walking distance of all central-city Malaga attractions. It is on the top floor facing the back of the building, so it is insulated from street noise and has a beautiful view of Gibralfaro mountain. Juan met us when we checked in, gave us an overview of the area and attractions, and always responded to our messages within a half-day. Highly recommended!

Fantastic apartment in Malaga
The orientation/map provided in person by Juan was the best ever. Calle Victoria was busy and interesting with groceries nearby and Plaza Merced had some great restaurants just a few hundred meters away. The apartment was sparkling clean and the peaceful view over the Gibralfaro was lovely to come home to. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. You won’t be disappointed.

This is an outstanding property/apartment! Exactly as posted online; better in fact. Clean, modern, very comfortable, central and quiet. Literally not a negative comment can be made. The appartment was spotless, well equipped and conviently located near the old city, near all the main sites, nice bars and restaurants. Also a 10 min walk from the beach. The place was very well taken care of, and we could not ask for more. The sofa bed was very comfortable. The entire apartment was clean. The kitchen had everything you would need. Various spices and oil for your cooking. The coffee machine and tea kettle were awesome. We used the washing machine a few times too. The bathroom was also well stocked with incidentals, shampoo and body soap. Everything we could possibly need was provided.

A wonderful stay
We stayed here for 2 weeks. It was well located and only a 4 minute walk from Merced square and the heart of town. The apartment is located on Calle Victoria but because it faced the hills at the back on the top floor it was very quite- a really pleasant surprise. Everything was clean with very modern facilities and fully equipped for a great stay. The owners were super helpful and made everything comfortable.

We highly recommend this property!
From the moment we arrived at Juan's apartment, we knew that we had made a good choice! It was beautifully clean and smelt wonderfully fresh. He was there to greet us and show us round to point out how things worked. He then spent time with a tourist map of Malaga showing us the sights and how to reach them and recommending bars and restaurants to try. He answered all our queries and even organised our taxi when we were leaving. All our communications with him were pleasant and friendly and he went out of his way to be a helpful property owner. Malaga is a wonderful city to explore on foot and we urge you to give it a try!

Absolutely perfect place to explore the Old City Malaga
The apartment was an oasis from the busy street it sits on. Perfectly quiet and comfortable. Within minutes, you can easily walk on flat and level ground to the best spots of the old town Malaga, and a bit further to the Marina. within a few meters you have a grocery stores and pharmacy. Juan checked us in and was extremely helpful with orientation to Malaga, and top recommendations for restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay again.

Great apartment near Plaza de la Merced
We're just back from spending a month in Juan's apartment on Calle Victoria. Whilst this is a busy road, there is no noise in the apartment as it is on the top floor to the rear of the building with great views of the Gibralfaro hill. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very comfortable with a great wifi connection for uninterupted streaming of Netflix, Amazon, etc. It is only a 5 minute stroll to the Plaza de la Merced with it's restaurants, bars and shops. This Plaza is also the home to Picasso's birthplace museum and a statue of the great man sit's on a bench nearby. The Mercado de la Merced is round the corner for fresh vegetables, fruit, meat and fish and other supermarkets are also within 10 minutes walking distance of the apartment. Juan, a great host, met us on our first day and was always avaiable via WhatsApp with answers to a few questions we had and our deposit had been returned by the time we left Malaga airport! I would highly recommend this apartment, I wish I could have stayed longer!

We really enjoyed this lovely apartment and the owners were extremely helpful and gave us lots of useful Information about the local area. They were always very prompt in replying to questions that we had. The apartment is very quite although it is on a very busy street. Inside the apartment it is hard to believe your in the city central area. We would not hesitate in recommending it.
