"We stayed between 10th-16th August 2024 and we were so happy we got to stay at this hotel when we booked last minute. We were lucky enough that the only room left was superior double (room 22, 3rd floor) and was blown away by the view from the balcony, the photos do not do it justice! Hotel Club Olivi is set just outside of Malcesine so is not so frantically busy as the other central hotels and has gardens to walk around and enjoy. Having seen a lot of the other towns around Malcesine on the north east of the lake this town was the nicest with narrow cobbled streets, lots of interesting shops, a small port and plenty of restaurants . "What a perfect location to spend a few days by the lake Garda. First off: if you arrive by var, there is an entire gated area belonging to the hotel where you can park your car in the shade of olive tree (most hotels in this area only offer right spots which are difficult to get in and out). "Only stayed for one night enroute to Tuscany but it was just lovely. The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Although the kitchen had closed we were offered some lite bites, which were perfect, as was our table by the side of the lake. Before retiring we enjoyed a promenade along the lake and breakfast the following morning was plentiful - great omelettes. "
