We were there at 6:50 and no one was there to let us in. When we called the hotel they informed us that we were late and needed to walk over to get the keys so my husband had to run in the rain as we have a 10 month old who desperately needed to sleep. Would not use this property again. "

We didn't have enough for a two week stay. We had asked for more and we did get more laundry tabs but no toilet paper or paper towels. Maybe this is normal? Not a big deal.
