"The pictures on the advertisement are nothing close to the reality. Ceilings and walls are plastered with dead mosquitoes. Rooms are very hot, and they do not have air conditioning or even a fan. "

"Desde el primer momento que hice la reserva Alejandro ya estaba en contacto conmigo. La ubicación del sitio es ideal, tienes la autovía a menos de 1 km y había un montón de aparcamiento. Tienes un montón de supermercados cerca como Mercadona o Lidl, además de gasolinera a menos de 50 metros. En cuanto llegamos Alejandro nos recomendó un montón de sitios para comer y visitar y estaba a nuestra disposición sobre cualquier cosa que necesitásemos. "Lovely apartment great location. It is a great location, right in the middle of things. It can be a bit noisy, particularly on the weekends but the windows are sealed and we have no trouble with it. We enjoy being able to walk to the Mercado Esperanza and get fresh seafood to cook or to go to the many excellent bars and restaurants in the area. Love the place will stay again our next trip."

Best Hotel!!

"Staff at hotel super helpful and friendly. I have stayed at 2 Hotel Bed4U hotels on my trip to Bilbao/Santander, both have been wonderful however the Santander hotel has been the best. We arrived to our room with 2 glass bottles of water, a welcome note and some sweets. A lovely touch! The location of the hotel is great, you can walk into the centre if you’d like but there is a train station just beside that takes you one stop into Santander in a few mins. Stations are accessible. The hotel was impeccably clean, both rooms and general areas. Did not eat or drink in the hotel however breakfast service did seem nice. Will definitely stay at Bed4U’s in the future!"
