House Juros is located in peaceful street, without traffic, 1 kilometer from centre of Malinska. The house Juros consists of 2 apartments, jard with a pool and parking for your cars.

Your apartment is on the 2nd floor:
is about 65 m2 + balcony which offers a beautiful sea view and the yard, and consists of a large living room (30 m2) with a comfortable sofa bed, a TV (SAT TV), a dining room for 6 people, kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils, microwave oven, kettle, fridge, dishwasher ...
The bathroom consists of a toilet, bathtub, sink with cupboards and a mirror. In the bathroom there is a washing machine, hair dryer, liquid soap, toilet paper and all that you need for a start.
In one bedroom there is a large (180x200 cm) double bed and in the other bedroom two separate beds (90x200) which can become to a large double bed if needed. Bedding (blankets and pillows) are separate in each bed so that dont need to fight with your roommate at night. The linen is made of the finest mixes cotton and satin to make you feel comfortable in the summer nights.

In the yard, beside the pool (7m x 4m, depth 1.4m), there are 8 comfortable sunbeds with 3 parasols and outdoor shower.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the house. Every apartment has its own WI FI so signal quality is great.

In the center of Malinska it is possible to arrange boat excursions to the nearby islands of Cres and Rab. Krk historic core is 12 km away. Church of St. Lucija in Jurandvor, where "Baščanska ploča" was found, is located 28 km from the property.

The local bus station, which includes lines across the island, is located in the center of Malinska. Valbiska Ferry Port is 13 km away from the apartment. Rijeka Airport is located on the island of Krk, 14 km from the property. Krk is also 14 km away, and the bridge connects it with the bridge.

Schön mit kleinen Abstrichen…
Insgesamt war alles fast wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, der Pool toll. Allerdings muss man kleine Abstriche machen, anstatt wie vom Vermieter angegeben waren statt zwei drei Familien im Haus, die sich den Pool teilten. Als Nichtraucherhaus beschrieben wurde von einer Familie ständig überall geraucht und Aschenbecher standen im Gemeinschaftsbereich herum. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, wir waren mit vier Personen dort. Für sechs Personen wäre sie mit der Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich deutlich zu klein, gerade mit dem einen kleinen Bad, das nur über eine Toilette und eine Badewanne (man muss im Sitzen duschen) verfügt. Insgesamt wäre etwas mehr Besteck und Geschirr angenehm, damit man mit vier Personen nicht nach jedem Essen spülen muss. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr gepflegt und man kann sich sehr wohlfühlen, wenn nicht gerade eine extrem rauchende Familie zum gleichen Zeitpunkt dort wohnt. Malinska ist als Ort sehr nett mit zahlreichen Restaurants und einem netten Hafen.

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern hier und waren mit allem mehr als zufrieden. Die großzügige Wohnung in ruhiger Lage war sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Der Außenbereich mit Pool war stets sehr gepflegt und ein Highlight für unsere Kinder. Wir können nur Positives berichten und würden jederzeit wieder die Unterkunft wählen. Vielen Dank an Ivana und Dario für die nette Unterstützung bei Fragen vorab und auch während unseres Urlaubes.

Sehr schönen Urlaub gehabt
Es hat alles gepasst. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool ist super! Alles sauber und auch die Größe/Tiefe perfekt. Der Strand in Malinska hat uns persönlich zwar nicht gefallen aber es gibt viele wunderschöne Strände in der Umgebung. Hafen, Restaurants, Bäcker zwar fußläufig zu erreichen aber mit kids waren wir so ca 20 min. Pro Strecke unterwegs. Zum Hafen runter geht es nur bergab, zur Unterkunft dann logischerweise nur berg hoch. Da es bei uns sehr! Heiß war haben wir sehr oft das Auto benutzt. Rundum waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen!

The apartment is spacious and well-equipped and is totally suitable for families with kids. Communication with Ivana was lovely, she always wanted to make sure we were having a good time and was always there when we had questions. The pool area was super clean and well-maintained! We would totally recommend the apartment!

Sehr nette Vermieter, Wohnung sauber und modern eingerichtet. Toller, gepflegter Pool (1,40 Meter tief). Absolute Weiterempfehlung! Der Strand in Malinska hat uns weniger gefallen, aber es gibt viele schöne Strände auf Krk. Kurze Autofahrten sollten eingeplant werden.

Toll ausgestattete Wohnung, super Vermieter! Es war alles an Erstausstattung da, was man brauchte- sogar der Kühlschrank war mit Getränken gefüllt.☺️ Ganz herzliche Vermieter, die gerne Tipps zu Ausflügen gegeben haben. Beautiful time on Krk!
It was just perfect. The apartment was super clean and very well equipped. There was everything you need. Enough dishes and glasses, but also big pots and two pans. There was even a juicer for fresh orange juice :-). The fridge offered enough space to store enough food for a few days. The fridge also had a large freezer compartment. So our kids could always store enough ice cream :-) Towels and bed linen were available, so that one can save the space for it in the car. Only towels for the beach you should have with you. The available internet was the best I had ever experienced at a holiday resort. Our kids were thrilled. The pool was ideal to relax. It was simply wonderful to lie in the sun and cool off at the pool from time to time. At the pool there was also a shower under which one can shower with fresh water. The water in the shower was even warm, ecologically heated by the sun. Ivana, the landlady is very nice, warm and very helpful. We had already been in contact before and she answered all our questions promptly. She always gave us the feeling to be welcome and she always took care of our well-being. Dear Ivana, dear Dario, thank you very much for a wonderful time in your little paradise. We will definitely come back!

Wir sind Mitte August Familie mit 3 Kindern da mit 10 Nächte. Sehr empfehlenswert für Eigen Anreise.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und funktional für Familien mit Kindern gut aufgeteilt. Die Einrichtungen sowie das Bad wirken hochwertig und neuwertig. Beim Ankunft fehlte in der Wohnung nichts an erst Ausstattung. Zb. Duschgel, Toilettenpapier, Handtücher, Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Kaffee und Tee und wir haben noch eine Flasche einheimischen Wein und ein Korb fürs Bad "Hand made" 🙂 als Empfang bekommen. Handtücher können bei Bedarf gegen frische ausgetauscht werden Den Pool ist mit modernste Technik ausgestattet und hat einen Dusche mit Warmwasser!!! 😊 Am Pool oder auf Terrasse kann die Sonnenuntergang 🌇 mit Meerblick genießen. Das Haus befindet sich im Verkehrsberuhigten Wohngegend 🏘, was viel besser ist als direkt am Strand gelegen. Zum Strand 🏖 3 min mit Auto oder 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Highlight von dem Haus 🏡 ist natürlich die Vermieterin Frau Ivana kukec. Sie ist so nett und freundlich 😊, dass ich dafür keinen Worte mehr finde. Eine Frau 👩, die eine Stunde arbeiten würden um andere Menschen auch wenn es nur um eine Sekunde glücklich 😊 machen zu können.... Ich komme gerne wieder!!! 😊

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Ivana und Dario und waren vor Ort positiv überrascht über den Zustand des Appartements. Alles war sehr sauber und die Küche war überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Ivana war rund um die Uhr erreichbar und bemüht. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und würden wieder kommen.

Amazing stay in a great house with great hosts
We stayed on Krk Island in this house, 6 days end of July 2018. When we arrived, we were greated by our hosts, the owners of the house, who explained everything and had even prepared a welcome drink for us after a long road trip. The appartment was like new, had been totally cleaned, even better than a hotel. We felt at home right away. We had everthing we needed, from pillows, duvets, and kitchen utensils, everything and more that you need on a holiday. The house has been entirely renovated with high level material and furniture, the owners are really attentive to detail and everything is like advertised. The pool and garden are perfect if you want to cool off and be quiet, or like us, if you have young kids who can swim after a day at the beach, while we relax. The house is only 3 Minutes drive from the center of Malinska where you can eat, rent a boat or enjoy the sea. Our hosts were really helpful in finding good adresses, or helping with any questions we had. They are really kind! We would highly recommend this location, and we are already thinking about coming back as soon as we can.
