Family Villa Di with pool

Village Villa Di with its own swimming pool, sundeck and small garden is located near Malinska and offers a perfect vacation for families with children and pets.

The villa is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen with dining area and living room with access to the terrace and sundeck with swimming pool, a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub, an additional toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, balconies and private bathrooms with walk-in showers. The villa is ideal for 6 people, and there is a possibility of an extra bed for two people in the living room.

Guests of the villa can enjoy their own grilled specialties on long summer evenings, relaxing with a glass of their favorite drink.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

The swimming pool is seasonal (open: 01.04.-01.10.) measuring 6.5 x 3.5 m and 140 cm deep.
A baby cot and high chair are also available for guests.
A pet fee of €15.00 per pet per day is charged.
There is a parking space for guests with 2 parking spaces.
**A deposit of EUR 500.00 is payable in cash upon arrival.
