Finca Can Trius, perfect for families just 10min from the airport away

The historic manor house, in a secluded location, was built in the 18th century and has been completely renovated over time. The last transformations were carried out in winter and now the vacation finca is available to you with the original structure of the property. Important features include the sand-colored natural stone walls, which reflect the typical Mediterranean island charm, as well as the many details from the family history of the finca, such as the stone oven in which bread was baked and the property's own cistern. High-quality materials meet contemporary history, coordinated with discreet decoration in the interior and historical elements incorporated in the exterior.

On a living space of 350 square meters, divided into 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of which is handicapped accessible, we guarantee a very special living experience for up to 12 people.

The well-being of our younger guests is also taken care of. The finca has cribs, high chairs and a small children's play area to guarantee fun and variety on vacation.

On the first floor of the house is the living/dining area with a comfortable sofa, a TV corner with flat screen TV and cozy fireplace, a large wooden dining table and plenty of seating. Lean back here and relax with your favorite music, surf the Internet or enjoy cool drinks and snacks.

In the colder months, the fireplace in the living area promises a cozy atmosphere and pleasant temperatures. The entrance area leads directly to the fully equipped kitchen, which impresses with its elegant wooden design. Thanks to state-of-the-art appliances, your culinary wishes are catered for. There is also a guest room on the first floor as well as a bathroom with shower and WC, from which you have direct access to the pool. On cold winter days, you can warm up here by the wood-burning stove and enjoy cozy dinners around the wooden dining table. A staircase leads to the second floor with 4 air-conditioned double bedrooms and further bathrooms with bath/shower and WC. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and you will also find a guilette terrace from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sunrise.

The well-kept outdoor area offers you a wonderful oasis of peace and relaxation. The meter-high palm trees and pine trees, the lovingly landscaped garden of more than 2000 square meters, create a paradisiacal ambience. Swim your daily laps in the pool or relax on one of the sun loungers. The covered terrace by the pool is ideal for lingering in the shade with a good book or enjoying a tasty snack or a cold drink. There is also a shower and toilet. If you fancy some fresh fruit or fresh eggs, it's worth taking a stroll in your own garden.

Here you will also discover old details about the history of the finca. At sunset, the BBQ area invites you to enjoy convivial barbecues against a unique backdrop. You are also welcome to use the old stone oven to conjure up a tasty loaf of bread or a pizza.
