Great hotel and staff friendly & helpful. Nice & comfortable hotel near beach. Wouldn't stay in Arenal again as didn't like the feel of the area, but hotel was fine.

Room looks exactly like the pictures! Staff were excellent and very helpful. Pool was usually quiet as the location is about 30s from the beach so it was very peaceful!

The hotel is decent for a budget hotel. Staff and service were great, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. Location is literally right beside the beach. Don’t expect much from the rooms, the twin beds were not the most comfortable. No shampoo provided, and no beach or pool towels which was a bit inconvenient. You need a car in Mallorca and parking is an absolute nightmare in this area. We drove around for 45 mins every day trying to find somewhere to park.

The hotel is located in a very bad area across what is most likely a brothel. This first impression was quickly confirmed at check-in when the receptionist asked us not to “party too hard” in our rooms. After that we were uncomfortable sleeping in our own beds since god only knows what usually happens there. The cherry on top was seeing a man peeing in the middle of the street on the morning of our departure. We felt disgusted to stay at this hotel during the entire stay.

Overall excellent budget friendly hotel

4-star review, but I cannot say absolutely anything wrong about the hotel itself. I will start with the good stuff first. Staff was extremaly friendly. Room rather small but comfortable, quality bed and linen, very modern and clean bathroom. Breakfast was also very good for a hotel in this price range. The pool is small, but cozy, with quality loungers around it and you can sit there in the evening with your dring and enjoy a peacefull, quiet time with some ambient music from the speakers mounted around. The only reason for not giving 5 star was the street on which the hotel was located. The location itself is great, 1-2 minutes to the beach and plenty of restaurants around, but the street where the entrance is looks absolutely horrible with a really strong smell (and sight) of urine, each and every day. Saying that, the street was only maybe 200 meters long and the rest of the neighbourhood was fine, so if this doesn't bother you, I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotellage super - direkte Strandnähe. Lasst euch nicht von der Gegend abschrecken, das Hotel drin ist super sauber und das Personal engagiert und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Genügend Handtücher vorhanden, Seife, Duschgel, Shampoo Zahnputzbecher, Fön, Tresor und im Essenssaal gibt es 24/7 kaltes Trinkwasser. Frühstücksbuffet klein aber fein, alles da was wir brauchten. Am Abreisetag kann man sein Gepäck vor Ort lassen und nochmal an den Strand gehen. Trotz auschecken kann man nach dem Strandbesuch im Hotel auch noch duschen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon im 3.OG ist eher naja aber dort hält man sich eh kaum auf. Kühlschrank fürs Zimmer kann an der Rezeption für ca. 40-50€ die Woche gemietet werden. Lidl 1 Kilometer entfernt. Dort kann man sich super Getränke und Snacks kaufen. Klimaanlage funktioniert eher so naja, man muss 24/7 eine Karte drin lassen dann ist die Temperatur okay 🙂 Betten weich, könnten mal neue Matratzen vertragen. Für uns war es dennoch ein super Urlaub.
