The garden in front of the property has direct access to the Muro Beaches, famous for their fine white sand and crystal clear waters, making it the ideal place for those who enjoy water sports, sunbathing and relaxing by the sea. The house is spacious and has a large living room that benefits from the large windows that allow a lot of natural light, providing a sense of spaciousness and freshness. The living room is equipped with a large dining table, comfortable sofas, a state-of-the-art TV and WiFi access. From here, guests can enjoy the beautiful sea views without having to leave the house. In addition, all bedrooms are air-conditioned to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.

The villa\'s kitchen is traditional and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook delicious meals. In total, the villa has four double bedrooms, three of which are located in the main house and one that is separate, accessed externally and has a double bed and a single bed with a private bathroom. This layout makes it perfect for a large family or a group of friends.

Finally, Villa Garballó has a large private parking area in front of the property, making it ideal for those who want to travel by car and have the peace of mind of knowing that their vehicle is safe. Overall, this villa is a true paradise for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing stay near the sea in a unique and spectacular natural setting.

The Muro Beach is an amazing place to enjoy your holidays, and there are many interesting things to do in this area:

- Practise water sports: Muro Beach is an ideal place to practise water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing, paddle surfing, and sailing. On the beach there are several companies that offer equipment rental and lessons for beginners, so it\'s an excellent place to try something new or enjoy a sport you already know.

- Visit the S\'Albufera Natural Park: The S\'Albufera Natural Park is one of the most important places on the island of Mallorca for birdwatching. The park is just a few kilometres from Muro Beach, and it has a great variety of bird species that can be observed in the different wetlands, lagoons and rivers that make it up.

- Explore the Alcúdia Market: The Alcúdia market is one of the largest and most popular on the island of Mallorca, and it is held every Tuesday and Sunday in the town of Alcúdia, which is just a few kilometres from Muro Beach. In the market you can find a wide variety of local products such as fresh food, crafts, clothing and souvenirs. It\'s an excellent place to try the local cuisine and buy some souvenirs to take home.

*This property is located in a residential area, which is why only families or groups of responsible people who want tranquility are accepted, young groups will not be accepted.

Rules:

- Smoking is prohibited inside the property. If you wish to smoke, you can do so outside and make sure not to leave cigarette butts on the ground.

- Keep order and cleanliness at all times.

- You will be responsible for the waste generated during your stay. Please separate the waste into the corresponding containers and place it in the designated area.

- Use the air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you\'re not at home or when it\'s not necessary. Also, make sure to close the windows and doors so that the cold or hot air doesn\'t escape.

- Parties or events are not allowed in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.

Booking Conditions:

- Guests must pay a deposit of 500.00 Euros before arrival, which will be refunded upon departure.

- Tourist Tax: 2.2€/adult/night to be paid before arrival by credit card or bank transfer.

- Check-in after 8:00 PM will have an additional cost of 35€ to be paid in cash upon arrival.

- There are 2 cots available upon request. The first one is free of charge and the second one has a cost of 10.00€ per night.

- There are 2 highchairs available upon request.
