Villa Trobadors - with private swimming pool

Fantastic villa in Arenal, located in a quiet and residential area but only 5 minutes from the touristic point for excellence of the island, with the ideal combination of beaches, walks, restaurants, pubs, leisure area and everything to spend an ideal holiday. Outside the house there is a large swimming pool with sun loungers in the garden area to enjoy the sun, as well as an outdoor dining area where you can relax and cook a good barbecue.

Inside we find a large and bright living room, with fireplace and comfortable couches, surrounded by a delicate decoration where you can watch television or just spend time in the company of a good book. Next to the dining room there is a large fully equipped kitchen at your disposal.
The 6 bedrooms and 4 complete bathrooms allow 12 guests to stay in total comfort. This villa has specialised equipment for the maintenance and repair of racing bicycles. A complete mechanical workshop is at your disposal.

Public transport: less than 200 metres away you will find the following regular bus lines 15, 21 (Airport), 23, 25 and 454 of TIB. Our recommendation to go to the city centre is line 25 which, in only 15 minutes, will take you to a very central area of Palma.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.

This house has air conditioning in the living room and in one of the bedrooms, velintadoras will be provided for rooms that do not have air conditioning. It also has heating.

Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.

Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.

Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.

A good vacation, but...

The villa and the pool was good, and the location just 100m from the beach was perfect. Unfortunately the aircondition was very under dimensioned. The description said aircondition, but there was only aircon in the sitting room and in the master bedroom. The price for this villa was so high, that we expected aircon in all 6 bedrooms, compared to other villas we have rented. The result was, that people on first floor had to move their madresses down to the sitting room, to be able to sleep, and we opened all doors on ground floor using 5 fans to blow cold air into the 3 bedrooms. I will never rent this villa again, due to the lack of proper aircon. Jørgen Hansen Roskilde

The villa itself is pretty nice

The villa itself is pretty nice. My main issues were that the rooms are not well ventilated. The listing claims the place is air conditioned but in reality this only applies to the living room and one of the bedrooms. The rest have very weak fans that make little difference and 3 bedrooms on ground floor have a damp smell. Other than that the villa itself is pretty good a little smaller than the photos show but very convenient for the beach and centre of arenal. Portic themselves were very friendly and helpful and made our stay very easy. Great for travelling as a group and would be even better if they can fix those ventilation issues. -

Helemaal topp!

Wij waren hier met 10 gasten geweest van allemaal 18 jaar. Wij hadden van te voren gelezen dat de buurvrouw erg streng zou zijn! Maar uiteindelijk viel dit best wel mee. Ik zou deze villa echt iedereen aanraden. Alles is op loopafstand en alles is goed geregeld.

Super Lage, leider im Wohngebiet.

Gefallen hat uns am besten die perfekte Lage. Man ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten Fußweg am Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind unmittelbar zu erreichen. Die Villa macht einen Tollen Gesamteindruck. Es sollten unbedingt Klimaanlagen in allen Schlafzimmern angebracht werden. Das Wohnzimmer könnte neue Sofas gebrauchen und vielleicht einen größeren TV. In der Beschreibung sollte unbedingt erwähnt werden, dass die Villa in einem Wohngebiet liegt und das keinerlei Musik draußen im Außenbereich gehört werden darf und welche Konsequenzen einem drohen.

Amazing villa

The villa itself is amazing. Perfect rooms, nice kitchen, great living room and a beatiful garden with pool. The only unfortunate thing was the neighbours. We knew in advance that they would be very strict on any sound we would make, but we never imagined we couldnt even make loud noises during the day when we were laying at the swimming pool. But nevertheless it didn't impair our stay that much, so I would defintely recommend this villa.

Unvergessliche Tage in einer super Villa!

Die Lage war perfekt, ruhig aber trotzdem sehr nahe am Zentrum. Es war alles sauber und wenn mal was nicht funktionierte waren die Helfer sofort vor Ort und haben es geregelt. Wir hatten viel Freude am Pool und genossen den Aufenthalt sehr! Ein kleiner Minuspunkt sind die nicht vorhandenen Klimaanlagen in den meisten Schlafzimmer, so war es oft sehr heiss in der Nacht. Ausserdem könnte die Küche etwas besser ausgerüstet sein (keine guten Messer, nur ein Schneidebrett, etc) Wir empfehlen diese Villa sehr gerne weiter, für uns (12 Personen) war sie perfekt! Mehr Klimaanlagen Weitere Küchenutensilien
