Beautiful Holiday Home in Bevercé with Sauna

Surrounded by manicured gardens, this holiday home in Bevercé also features infrared sauna to rejuvenate after a tiring day. 8 bedrooms can accommodate 18 people, making it well-suited for many families or friends travelling together.
There is a forest at 1 km, where you can go to enjoy nature walks. The restaurants and daily essentials can be bought just 3 km away. The town centre with pubs, facilties, ski lift etc is located at 5 km.
The centrally heated home has stone exteriors and all the amenities required for an enjoyable vacation. Children can play in the well-maintained garden, while you enjoy conversations and grilled meals on the garden seating. Parking is on-site. There is a fireplace in the sitting room to keep interiors cosy and the living room opens into terrace. Max. 2 pets can stay here for a small fee. Cot and high chair are also available for your comfort.

A group of 10 men and one female cyclist who used this as a base to ride in Belgium but also pop into Holland, Germany,and Luxembourg. Fantastic location and house was superb

nice house in nice environment
The house was very clean, modern and very nicely furnished. The living room was pretty and very comfortable. we travelled with the extended family and a small discomfort was that you can hear everything everywhere in the house :) this was not so good for the little ones ;) the kitchen was well equipped, but you need to bring everything. It would have been nice to have at least some soap in the bathrooms (otherwise you need to bring a soap for all the bathrooms) to wash hands and toilet paper.

Familienurlaub in den Ardennen
Wir waren für 3 Nächte in dem Haus. Von außen sah das Haus auf den Fotos ganz in Ordnung aus. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass es schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen ist. Einiges wurde schon renoviert, einiges ist einfach alt. Es fängt mit dem Geschirr an. Wenn ich über 1500 Euro für drei Nächte bekomme, frage ich mich, warum man dann nicht wenigstens mal alle fünf Jahre neues Geschirr kaufen kann. Die vorhandenen Teller waren schon sehr abgewälzt. Auf den Fensterbänken und auf der Treppe lag Staub und wir hatten eine Ameisenautobahn vom Fenster nur zum Mülleimer. Die Zimmer hatten nen ordentlichen Mief Weil halt einfach altes Holz. An sich ist das Haus in Ordnung, nur für das Gebotene leider dann doch zu teuer.

War eine wunderschöne Woche mit Wanderung, angeln, spielen im Garten, bei Regen geräumiges Haus. Bei defekter Geschirrspülmaschine wurde schnell ein Ersatz gebracht.

Perfektes Domizil für Familientreffen
Endlich ein Ferienhaus, dass nicht nur geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet ist, sondern auch endlich mal ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck hat und vor allen genügend Haken für Handtücher, Garderobe etc. Für unser Familientreffen war es einfach perfekt!!!

Fijn en schoon huis, buitenruimte was ook erg geschikt. In de keuken was meer dan genoeg bestek en pannen aanwezig. 8 volwassen, 6 kinderen en een hond en dat paste goed. Goede faciliteiten zoals wasmachine en droger. Wij hebben een hele fijne week gehad en volop genoten.

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in deze fijne, schone woning. De eigenaar was overigens erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Achter het huis ligt een ruim grasveld dat voldoende mogelijkheid biedt voor buitenactiviteiten en er grenst een wandelpad aan de tuin. In de avonduren is het er heerlijk rustig en leuke plekken als Spa zijn in circa 20 minuten per auto te bereiken. Zeker aan te bevelen voor een leuk familieweekend! Het enige puntje van ''kritiek'' is dat het volgens de adresgegevens die wij gekregen hebben niet te vinden is, gelukkig hebben wij de accommodatie doormiddel van de hulp van een vriendelijk dorpsbewoner en de eigenaar uiteindelijk gevonden!

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Der Aufenthaltsraum und die Küche sind sehr schön verbunden und man kann prima gemeiensam kochen und essen. Die Lage ist in sehr schöner Natur und ruhig gelegen. Man kann ausgedehnte Spaziergänge machen und sehr gut entspannen. Wir waren im Winter da, deswegen war der Garten nicht gut nutzbar, aber im Sommer ist es bestimmt sehr schön zu Grillen und genießen. Die übergabe war sehr einfach und alle Nebenkosten waren inklusive. Internet tat einwandfrei nachdem wir den Router eingeschaltet haben. :-) In einem Schlafzimmer funktionierte die Heizung leider nicht. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Woning ligt in een mooie omgeving met heel wat toffe wandelmogelijkheden. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. De leefruimten ( salon zeker) zijn wat beperkt in oppervlakte voor grotere groepen tijdens de winterperiode. Het meubilair in de salon is wel aan vervanging toe (kussen van zetels zijn volledig afgeschilferd), duidelijke gebruiksschade. De kookplaat is ook aan vervanging toe (cijfers zijn amper leesbaar) evenals de meeste matrassen die volledig doorgelegen zijn. Anderzijds voldoende warm (heet) water met voldoende druk tijdens het douchen. Ook een super leuke tuin die wellicht vooral in de zomer een meerwaarde is.

Huis prima gekuist; badkamers zeer proper; kamers klein: weinig plaats voor berging (kasten) van kleding op de kamers; interssant dat alles inbegrepen is (vuilzakken water, electriciteit, hout). Slechte geluidsisolatie van de kamers. Slecht beeld TV (Telenet?) Buiten voldoende plaats om te spelen (petanque, nagels kloppen, balsporten op de gazon). Er is nipt plaats voor 18 personen; bij slecht weer mogelijk een probleem.

De netheid, beschikbare accomodatie in de woning en bereikbaarheid in de directe omgeving voor activiteiten hebben onze vakantie toçch nog een positieve boost gegeven. Vlotheid van de eigenaar zowel bij ontvangst als bij de eindafrekening is ook een positieve ervaring.
