The cabin was not very clean and a bit worn here and there. However, the service was excellent. A broken chair was promptly replaced and when we lost a wallet Sophia promptly phoned us and packaged it for a courier to pick it up.

Avoid S1 at any cost

We arrived after the reception had closed, so we checked in via the self-service machine and were assigned room S1, which was located next to the service station and the rubbish room. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed a strong smell of mold and dampness. The shower area had visible mold and hair from previous guests, and the pillows and duvets appeared insufficiently cleaned. The room's proximity to the rubbish room was also problematic, as the noise from people accessing it repeatedly disrupted our sleep. Additionally, the sofa bed was worn and dirty when opened. On a positive note, the location and the playground were both excellent

Cute little cabins with mini golf and a skatepark!

First Camp Malmo is perfect for families. We stayed in one of the cabins. It was tiny, but so cute, all the amenities we needed - except sheets, pillow cases (we had to buy those at the Lidl nearby, but would have been easier to rent at the front desk had we not arrived after hours.) We loved the mini golf and the skateboard park across the field. Cool to see the Oresund Bridge in the background as well!

La chambre était en très mauvais état à notre arrivé avec un canapé très tâché (jaune), sans papier toilettes etc.. mais heureusement que le personnel était super sympa, elles sont au top. L'accueil nous a rapidement proposé plusieurs chambres propres afin que nous puissions continuer note séjour.

Rent och fräscht rum för att vara en camping. Enklare livet. Funkade perfekt för en natt mellan landning. Istället för betala dyrt hotell. Prisvärt. Men svårt med incheckning på kvällen/natten då personal inte finns och deras maskin som man ska hämta ut kortet ifrån, touchenskärmen är inte bra. Väldigt sliten så ibland svårt att trycka fram all information de behöver. Så det är ett tips , byta ut skärmen till nästa år iaf 😊

Die angegebenen Bilder entsprechen nicht mehr dem Vorgefunden. Unser Objekt war schon recht abgelebt. Die Klimaanlage/Heizung machte eher weniger warm. Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt vertretbar. Länger hätte ich es mir aber mit Kind nicht vorstellen können zu bleiben.

Campingplatz ist in die Jahre gekommen, wer es nur als Übergang nimmt zum weiteren Reisen ist es ok, Zustand der Hütten nicht mehr so gut, sowie Bäder. Viel Durchgangsverkehr halt. Was mich etwas gewundert hat, das das Warmwasser in den Hütten komisch gestunken hat nach Reiniger, daher haben wir das Wasser nur Kalt benutzt. Preise sind verhältnismäßig günstig, daher nichts erwarten in der Unterkunft

Svåra att få tag på innan vistelsen, ringde x antal gånger och skickade mail som aldrig svarades på. Väl framme fick vi en sunkig stuga med ingrodd smuts, döda flugor överallt och allmänt ostädad. Uteplatsen gick inte att vara på då den var fylld av spindelnät och otvättade utemöbler. Fick en liten kompensation och löfte att den skulle städas nästkommande dag medans vi var iväg, vi kommer tillbaka till en ostädad stuga igen. Ingen mer kompensation gavs, förstörde hela våran vistelse. DÅLIGT! I övrigt en stor camping med bra läge som gr potential att vara väldigt bra. Tyvärr allmänt smutsigt överallt.

Dåligt bemötande

Väldigt otrevligt personal i receptionen, speciellt hon är mörkhyad, mycket otrevlig när jag snällt bad om att lämna tillbaka maten jag hade köpt eftersom maten var dålig och äcklig, synd att så fint ställe har sånna typer av personal. Hon borde inte alls jobba inom service branschen

Trevligt ställe. Tråkigt att massor med fjolårslöv låg kvar på uteplatsen, bord stolar var väldigt smutsiga på uteplatsen, snuspåsar låg utanför vår dörr hela vistelsen, pappershanddukar m.m. låg mot vårt staket. Städningen av utemiljön borde vara bättre. Värmevredet på duschen trasigt, spislampan trasig.

First Hotel Camp

Omöjligt att nå någon via telefon. Fint läge vid havet, promenadstråk. Städning/rengöring ok, tillgång till städverktyg bra. Bemanning reception bra. Servicehus bra och fräsch även om man föredragit toalett på rummet men det är ju en camping. Toppen att parkering ingår, lättparkerat.

Dyrt dåligt städat med bra läge

Stugan var fin men var inte direkt jätteväl städad ,micro o ugn var smutsig fattades utrustning i köket och mycket smuts under soffan , men sängar var rena o sköna, toaletten hade inga krokar till handdukarna det kändes lite konstigt.Så overall var det budgetkänsla som kostade som lyx. Så det behöver dem verkligen bättra sig på. Läget utsikten var fantastisk så går prova igen vid tillfälle och se om det bara var en tillfällighet.
