"The location to the airport is perfect, only a 3 minute shuttle ride. Yet while you're there, you have no idea you're so near the airport. The exterior is grand, but the interior of the rooms is average, which I didn't personally mind. The lobby, dining area, and bar are beautiful, and the continental breakfast is above average. Check in and check out were super quick and easy."

"Location!! is you are catching a flight out of MXP! is only 5 minutes away from the airport, Hotel van is quick and reliable, Beautiful area, Excellent customer service, clean comfortable rooms. "The Hotel is lovely and so close to malpensa airport which the hotel provides a shuttle too at a small cost. Only downside is it is not close to the centre of Milan and it takes a 45 minute train from malpensa airport to the centre. But that didn’t spoil the stay. Another thing is the room I found on Expedia didn’t look anything like the room we was given. The room was clean and nice so didn’t complain but was much smaller than expected. Staff were all very helpful and would stay again! "
