"A well needed break for the family, including a 7 & 4 year olds, who enjoyed dragging us into the lovely pool each morning. Raymond’s villa lived up to expectations, from the minute I opened the entrance door, seeing the pool to walking inside with my son to run around selecting one of the three ample bedrooms. "Villa was lovely, very clean with lots of quirky bits to it. Lots of winding steps to bedrooms so not good if you have mobility issues.
Only downside was only a small amount of sun by pool (possibly because we went in September) it may be different in earlier months. Although lots of sun on upper terrace, it was nice to have an outdoor shower so easy to cool off.
Unfortunately while we were there a lot of dog barking from nearby which was frustrating at times. But all in all a very enjoyable...

"This house is just a wow from top to bottom.
The house itself just oozes history and has been maintained, decorated and updated in a completely sympathetic manner.
We were a family of 6 (should have been 7 but there was no issue with changes at the last minute) All the rooms were a good size for the whole family, large well equipped kitchen and upstairs salon.
The bedrooms were a good size with fabulous bathrooms all round, and plenty of towels.

"Outstanding property - clean and good. ( Needs some very minor maintenance - dishwasher and other small things.One addition that we would have loved was a good coffee maker. The one there is for capsules that we could not find in the area stores and there was no filter coffeemaker.) We had a wonderful time and thank God for such a great place."

"Loved the farmhouse and especially the pool and hot tub. In Sept, still warm enough to use the pool. The area is so quiet, you’d think there are no tourists. Simona was very helpful upon checkin and easy to reach during our stay. Upon departure when we could not prebook a cab for 5 am, she did it for us or we would have been stranded. Bus system in Gozo / Malta is great but not available if you must leave early in the morning to catch a flight. Overall the whole trip was awesome. "

"I don't know how highly I can praise this property, the location, the cleanliness, the owner!
Everything was wonderful from the well kept pool and gardens to the kindness and helpfulness of Ray, our host. It was all perfect and I would highly recommend a stay here. Didn't want to return home.

"The owners Ray and his wife are very warm and welcoming and as they live above the apartments were onhand to answer any questions, give advice and recommendations.
The apartment was very spacious, clean and
had everything you needed. Location was great, down a quiet road with plenty of parking. Lovely pool and well kept gardens. Within walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops.
Would highly recommend staying here.

"Great location and fabulous private accommodation which is obviously well serviced.
Check in process wasn’t the easiest as couldn’t initially get the key to open the door and requires a bit of toing and ceiling with no emergency number to call, and all at the end of a long day travelling to get there. Also no details on the coins used for the air conditioning system, but thankfully there was still a days worth of credit in the system.
Overall, great location, fab accommodation and really well...

"Had a great stay here for a week when coming to Malta for a wedding. Villa had everything we needed and more. Loads of space and activities to do. 10 min walk to the water park. Kids loved the pool.
Few issues. Parts of the ceiling did fall down ina bedroom but host got it cleaned up right away. And there was a problem with the en-suite toilet on the last night. Did keep getting reminded about electric and water usage which was odd when you’ve have paid thousands and the villa was half empty...

"Place clean and basic however pool is in the shade most of the morning. There was a lot of construction work going which started at 7:30 went on through the day. Layout was strange but made the the most of our stay"

"The apartment was exactly as described, with all necessary facilities in a peaceful residential location.
The lovely pool was a particular highlight, shared by just 3 apartments.

"I enjoyed the location and the view from the seaview room. The road below was busy but the views made up for it. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff were very courteous and helpful. I used the spa facilities and enjoyed the treatment and area. The breakfast was fresh with plenty of options. The location has easy access to bus routes, ferry and tours. My stay was wonderful as a solo traveller. "

"First from the check-in receptionist who was very professional and friendly. This first impression made our stay with smile. We used the 3rd floor room and it was very nice and spotless clean inside the room. The balcony had some trash but it was gone next day after room service.
Breakfast was wonderful with some local dishes gave us an introduction to Malta culture.
For the dinner at Oceana Restaurant, most of the dishes were delicious, however there were some menu that was flavorless. but overall very good.
Indoor pool(heated) kept my 2 and half year old daughter busy and she loved it. It was our everyday task to swim at the pool.
Again we loved the hotel and the staff member too."

"This hotel is bang in the middle of the village of Mellieha Malta. From start to finish the staff couldn’t do enough to help you especially the Reception staff and mainly Kis she went above and beyond.
Breakfast was good and plenty. We eat our evening meals a few times food was lovely and great value with all your drinks included.
The restaurant could have been doing with extra hands x"
