"Schöne große Wohnung. Das obere Wohnzimmer lässt sich auch gut als weiteres Schlafzimmer nutzen. 2 Hängematten bringen einen sofort in Urlaubsstimmung. Die Fensterfront nach Westen ist abends wirklich traumhaft.WLAN funktionierte auch gut. Die selbstgebaute Küche sieht toll aus, bei der Ausstattung konnten wir nicht alles finden was die Website hergibt. Es gibt interessante Geräte wie einen Milchaufschäumer oder ein Fondue-Set dafür aber nur einen Kochtopf. Mikrowelle, Herd oder Geschirrspüler...

We were only three, and would have used only the ground floor but for an issue (see later). The kitchen is well equipped, the induction stovetop was great to cook on. The location is properly noted, but Marie's L'épicerie in the village was closed for August vacation. (Which I imagine is an annual event.) That meant we needed to drive 6+ km for morning...

"Can't praise Gite Antoinette and our hosts Valerie and Patrick enough. Best gite and best hosts we have met in over 30 years of visiting France. The reality was even better than the photos. Gengenbach is probably the prettiest town we saw in the Black Forest & a fantastic base to explore the region.
