"I was given a room that was old and smell moldy. I did request to get move to a different room and they accommodated my request. I wish they would have given the upgraded room initially. I was also charge an extra day for self parking. They were suppose to give me a credit but they never did. A lot of the restaurants were not open during my stay. "

The hotel is very convenient for the Carabali Rainforest Adventure Park - great for pony rides into the rainforest or down to the beach. "I didn’t notice that you had to check in 24 hrs prior, which made the check in process difficult as the owner was on vacation. The property had a parking spot right outside the room. Minutes from the beach and local businesses. Only take away were no sink in the kitchen which made it hard to clean up and regardless of how spotless the owner kept the property we had 3 Jurassic Park sized roaches in our kitchen and bathroom area, which I am assuming is normal but I am ridiculously afraid of bugs...
