Really enjoyed our stay. The underground covered parking and the outdoor hot tub were both real bonuses. Property is spacious and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Loved that there is a washer and dryer right in the unit.

What is not to love about this condo? Great location, you can walk to free transit bus, two stops from Eagle lodge lift, underground car parking, elevator to entrance, shoveled sidewalks, hot tub, fully stocked kitchen and gas fireplace. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Cute and Comfy Condo
My family of 4 enjoyed our weekend getaway in Mammoth! The condo is cutely furnished, nice and clean, comfortable , and had all the necessities! Location was perfect, right on the golf course and a short drive to the lakes. Would definitely stay again! :)

Perfect Place for 1st time to Mammoth
We absolutely loved this condo. For our first time to Mammoth, we couldn't have picked a better place. The decor was cute and cozy. The underground parking was awesome. We were able to go sledding right outside the patio door and we even enjoyed soaking in the jacuzzi one night. The close proximity to the Village was perfect for sightseeing and exploring. Overall, we had a blast and we would definitely love to come back here. We had everything we needed for cooking, playing games and just enjoying a cozy winter getaway.

Perfect for a family getaway
Everything about our experience with this condo was great - location, amenities, communication with Kevin, the owner - everything! I cannot say enough good thing about our stay or experience. Proximity to the lodges, restaurants, shops, even the hospital (yep, we unfortunately had to make a visit there but all is okay) made everything very accessible and convenient. The amenities in the condo - particularly the underground parking because of the massive storm - were all we needed to be comfortable. Check in, check out and communication with Kevin were all a breeze. We’d definitely come back again and would recommend to any family looking for a great ski weekend.

Wonderful condo great location
The condo is very comfortable, pleasant decor, more than adequate kitchen with plenty of cookware, dishes etc. Check-in & out very easy and smooth. Because of the ABUNDANCE of snow we had a few questions, we called Kevin and he responded right away and was very helpful. So easy and close to use public transportation to go skiing. The location enables easy access to all things Mammoth 😊. We had such a great stay for 2 weeks that we already booked for next year We highly recommend this condo. I feel confident it would be great any season.

Modern, Updated, Family Friendly
The unit itself is fabulous. Owners very responsive if there are any issues. Perfect for a family of 4, modern and updated. Caveat for the property manager of all of the units vs unit owners; elevator doesn’t consistently work, drive way steep in snow can be tough even with two wheel drive and chains, needs to be plowed more often. Highly recommend!

Very Cute VRBO
There were small issues but overall, the condo was great and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to a traveler to the area. The Good: The house was as pictured and a beautiful property in a great location. The appliances and decor were all above expectation. The Bad: The screen on the back door let bugs in and 2 windows had broken openers, but the problem wasn't an issue enough to matter. We had loud neighbors, but it probably had to do with the music fest in town and not the property's fault.

Great location and very clean. Garage code in listing didn't work, but another resident told me what was wrong. Bathrooms didn't have hand towels or wash cloths; kitchen didn't have dish towels. There may have been some but I couldn't find them. Small problems, otherwise quite nice.

Best Condo in Mammoth
We have stayed in many VRBO properties. This condo is by far the best property we visit each year. The location is perfect for us as we come to ski and relax annually. The Eagle Lodge is a short distance away. We walk to the shuttle pick up stop and head up to the Mountain with our ski gear. Parking is convenient and located beneath the complex - warm and clean. The condo is set up beautifully. Spacious 2 bedrooms/2 full baths. Modern kitchen with everything you could want that shares space into the living & dining area. This condo has a washer & dryer which is an added convenience. Gas fireplace. Outdoor back patio with gas grill. Beautifully furnished - comfortable couch & leather recliner. Master bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed/private bath and the guest bedroom has a double/single bunk with very comfortable mattresses off the 2nd bathroom. Our communication with the owner is fantastic. There is a very large hot-tub outside that is a 1 minute walk from our front door. Just past the green space outside our back patio is the Sierra Star golf course. We’ve never been here during the summer but imagine this property would be delightful. I almost hate to rave about this place because we will never get back to it - it’s that good.
