Everything was great except the front desk gentleman who was useless. I have medical conditions which requires my insulin to be refrigerated and my cold pack to be frozen. No freezer in my room so I kindly asked the front desk gentleman to put my ice pack in the freezer as I knew they had one as they serve breakfast. He denied me any option to help get my ice pack in the freezer. This problem only exists at hotels with brain dead employees who work the front desk.

The room was clean and efficient. The MOST IMPORTANT problem was safety. The entrance door to the room with the deadbolt DID NOT work. There was a large space in the striker plate. If you pushed the door, there was a 1/2 gap. We informed the front desk and he had no concerns with the problem. He did not even offer to place us into another room.

The parking entrance is steep if you have a car with a low clearance. There is parking in front and on the side of the property. But it can be icy if you don't have 4-wheel drive.

I was a bit hesitant at first hoping I wouldn’t get catfish by the hotel but over all wasn’t bad it was nice and the bathroom mirror was really nice too and the room as well! I would come and stay here again for my next snow trip!

Searched and filtered for a hotel with a hot tub. Chose this hotel. Hot tub was inoperable and had been for a long time. Never disclosed prior or after booking. Expedia is equally to blame.

Power was down and kept us awake with no heat, noisy beeping of power grid cycling off and on. Hot tub was empty, breakfast is in a bsemwet area the was really outdated.
