I can’t sleep well because a loud noise from the others rooms, loud music coming from the pool area. The WiFi was really bad connection. And smell very strong like humidity the bedroom. I will never come back to that place anymore.

We were given our room key AFTER check in time, but the room hadn't been cleaned yet and was not ready for us. We ended up waiting an extra 45 minutes to be able to settle in. The shower in our suite kept flooding the floors and they tried blaming it on the rain. Poorly designed shower/tub. Staff was overall friendly and responsive, except for one of the waiters at the pool. He was very rude and short tempered. Wish I had gotten his name! Overall stay 3/5.

We spent 1 night in the hotel, found that water on the shower didn’t drain properly, found that blind in the room didn’t properly work as well, and tv try to put some channels but did not see clear the tv.

I was unable to spend any time at Hotel Agualcas due to my Arline delaying my flight to Managua. Upon reaching the Hotel, I was informed by the front desk that since I did not Check in on the first day, I lost my reservation and can not get a refund.
