Worst experience ever

Worst hotel with worst facilities . Room was stinking badly with dirt all over the room.. There wasn't even a dust bin but a bucket kind of thing in which people had spit... Red Gutkha spit all over the walls... Linen wasn't washed for years & had all dirt on it & was stinking... No Ventilation No Fan & flies all over... It was horrible... I called the Hotel Room Service but he was least bothered & hung up call... I didn't had Expedia contact no & didn't had internet too to search for it so had to call my brother in Mumbai & finally when he gave me no & When I contacted Expedia.. Expedia dint help me either n we were thrown out of hotel without giving us a alternate. Worst hotel, worst Expedia.. still waiting for my refund

Better to Avoid this Way !

If you want to book a family room , please avoid it. The staff including the manager was highly unprofessional. The room service was worse of a kind, Bathroom was a nightmare. Rooms were untidy !

Hotel is located at a walking distance from Hadimba temple. 1.5kms from mall road. View is good only if you book Super Deluxe. Food prepared by the restaurant is good.
