"Saving grace connecting tunnel to the mall, breakfast good, suite room blackout curtains have a gap, bathrooms dated and old, took a while to figure out hot n cold settings, water clogged on day one! coffee machine terrible, weird construction so could barely get any rest "

"Excellent hotel. The staff was very kind. Muskan at the front desk upgraded us to a suite and she was very helpful in assisting us with our needs. There is a park in front of the hotel, which was nice. The area is very safe and I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. "

"I usually stay in this nice hotel, but unfortunately last time I had a bad experience with the front desk guy, there was a minor miscommunication and instead of trying to resolve the issue in a good manner, his attitude was terrible.I think his name was Ajour or something similar to that."
