"The location is good, the staff are friendly and very helpful and the breakfast was very nice. The car park is very inconvenient being two blocks away. The most unsatisfactory thing was our room, which was very poor. There was not space for one person to walk past another, nowhere to put suitcases, no bedside lights, and the shower was small ugly and badly constructed. It may be their other rooms are much nicer, but do not accept no. 12. In addition, it is noisy, from traffic outside and people...
