"We were tired after a long travel day, entered the home to discover the home smells of dog urine and the kitchen having mouse poop on the counter, Also discovered mouse poop by the sliding glass door and fireplace. I wouldn’t return to this home. "

"I don’t think there is enough space to list all of the great qualities of this property!! First of all the cabin is amazing! It was just the right size for the two of us and had everything we could possibly need. It is beautifully built with the perfect mix of modern meets nature. I don’t think you could get closer to the Conejos River without being IN it!! The sounds, the smells and the scenery exceeded expectations! We even heard, and then saw, a bull elk rounding up his cows one morning....

"Heater unit in room was off and window was open (12/28/24),it was very cold and took several hours to warm the room. Mold/dirt/ripped drywal/ urine stains on wall in bath. Rest of the room was fairly clean. 1/2 size pillows Hotels.com would not allow photos to be uploaded...."
