"We were a bit confused about the check in process, but it was super easy. Upon arrival there was a front desk, just like a hotel. We never found any check out information and just did what we hoped would be ok. The icemaker in the refrigerator didn't work but everything else was pretty good."

"We were in town for a wedding in Zilker Park and the location could not be beat. It was a quick uber ride to most of our destinations. The property was clean and well kept. Would stay here again! "

"This was adorable. The parking is gated and only accessible with a code so that is nice because this is in the middle of DT Austin and right next to a skate park. That would be the only reason for the 4 stars, it didn’t bother me as much but it was loud as both nights people were screaming at each other At the skate park which you can hear when sitting on the porch. The house was clean and we loved the washer and dryer being connected to the bathroom. DoorDash delivered everything but also...

"Overall good -- just checkin process and checkout is a nightmare -- it's need to be staggered or have more people to handle it. There also needs to be better instruction on using the elevator. Overall not bad but for the cost, a hotel may of been nicer due to the service"

"My partner and I stayed here for a week and hosted a couple of Christmas gatherings with family. Other than the fact, there is no dining area other than the kitchen bar, the place was very comfortable and in walking distance from some cool restaurants. Plus, the state cemetery is just a block away and it is beautiful! It was a short drive to downtown Austin, which was very convenient. The beds were extremely comfortable, bathroom was a good size and the water pressure was perfect."

"An amazing property that 4 couples had a great time at! Close to everything, walking distance to tons of restaurants and night life. Homeless situation was real, but we left through the garage mostly to go through the alley and avoid. Bring a white noise machine to block out street noise. We had so much fun hanging out at the house that we didn't even want to go out! Hot tub was inoperable due to a "part that was on order", but looked like it had not been working in months."

What according to my booking should have been a two room apartment with private bathroom, twin bed in bedroom and twin bedsofa in living room turned out to be: two beedrooms in a three bedroom apartment with shared bathroom and kitchen. Sliding doors with no locks to the rooms! When complained we we’re offered a private studio with inflatable beds on the floor!!! We ended up in San Antonio at own expences, and got no refund at all!!! Please, stay away from this scam!"
