Beautiful newly refurbished 3 storey terraced house. Located just one mile from the city centre, the house is ideal for those wanting to explore the city. There are 4 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 single and an Attic room ) plus a full sized double sofa bed in the lounge for extra guests. The open plan ground floor is the perfect social space. We have 1 luxury bathroom. There is a small courtyard patio to the rear.
