A mixed bag. Pleasant and attentive staff, fairly good breakfast spread, lovely pool but grubby dated room with a very knackered mattress that dipped alarmingly in the middle. An easy walk to the city centre but the immediate surroundings of the hotel are run down and ugly.

Sides hadn’t been cleaned, cups and glasses were all dirty- looked like only rinsed under a tap. Had grime on inside. Hair over bathroom side. Normally don’t have an issue with the hotel but wasn’t up to usual standard

Hotel was very modern had a nice terrace area and a brilliant choice for breakfast. Rooms were spacious with view of the city. Staff were superb & friendly. 10min walk to the shopping area which was handy. Some small negatives; our room was directly opposite the lifts which u heard all night /morning. The rooms were rediculously hot and the small kiosk ridiculously overpriced. £4.79 for a 500ml bottle of water. Spa area was fab but lacked hot tub / jacuzzi. Overall great hotel for what we needed and i would stay again

Over £220 Not worth the money.
Room was ok nothing spectacular for the price. Pillows were a bit shabby ,not very clean looking, they weren't the best and mattress a bit firm. Also air conditioning noisy so never had a great sleap. Arrived back just after 11 pm from the Eagles concert at Co Op Live, thought we could have had a night cap ?? Only to be told none available ! For guests ?? But could buy a small zero alcohol beer from the display chill at nearly £4 ??. So had a game of pool with my wife which also had to be paid for ?? And she beat me :). Won't be using this group again !!
