Starting with their rooms, mattress, water geyser, swimming pool and the list goes on. We found chewing tobacco (snooze) in the bathroom (pic attached). "Location is excellent just on the fence of the Jim Corbett National tiger reserve dhikala zone. Absolutely calm atmosphere without much traffic movement on the road. A perfect destination for family stay with swimming pool. The staffs are very cordial in their behaviour and accomodate to the additional requirements of the visitors. "Booked through Hotels.com really disappointed with recent booking made for Rio Resort in Lansdowne. Hotel never got the booking/was sold out and took 4-5 hours/talking to 4-5 reps to try to get alternate hotel which was ok ok. All this while driving to a supposed relaxed weekend! Never again will I book with you. The Rio resort staff were rude and washed their hands of any responsibility also. On another call they told my husband she will try and book us in another hotel and never called back...
