Stayed one night only, during a road trip, room is basic, did not have towels, called front desk and they provided, asked foe more pillows as the two available were thin, never receive them. Not many power outlets in the room Breakfast also basic but OK.

Péssima estadia .

Chegamos no hotel a meia noite para o check-in e fomos avisados que era o horário limite , aceleramos para chegarmos e sermos atendidos. Demos de cara com um funcionário dormindo e sem camisa na recepção. Não demonstra só falta de profissionalismo, mas um risco a nossa segurança enquanto hospedes. Relevamos. Chegamos ao quarto e nos decepcionamos . Quarto amplo , porém sujo…paredes do banheiro completamente sujas , chuveiro com sacola amarrada para conecta-lo , ralos “estufados “ e saindo para fora . A cama parecia estar molhada . As cobertas manchadas e sujas . Horrível . Não voltaria ! O único ponto positivo foi que ao relatarmos o problema ao gerente e levarmos até o quarto ele constatou a sujeira e toda a nossa insatisfação e se prontificou a resolver . Tivemos um bom diálogo com o gerente !

Estadia agradável !

O hotel é bom , mas precisa melhorar. Toalhas velhas, poucas recepcionistas para o fluxo de pessoas que chegam diretamente. Meu check in era 14 h subi para o quarto 14:26 pois a pessoa que fazia o atendimento ainda não tinha voltado do almoço . Café da manhã bom , valor custo e benéfico dentro dos padrões .

Colchões pessimos

Serviço muito bom, atendimento também, a limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar se só trocavam as toalhas não limpavam o chão e nem lavava o banheiro. O colchão era de péssima qualidade, na cama de casal eram 2 colchões de solteiro horríveis, a gente deitava e afundava (acordávamos destruídos e com muitas dores nas costas)

As dependências do hotel são ótimas , mas o atendimento dos funcionários deixa muito a desejar, recepção boa, uma menina que geralmente está de coque , maravilhosaaaa. Já no café ( restaurante) atendentes bem ruins, grosseiras e entupidas …acho tbm que os salva vidas deveriam estar sentados no local certo para qualquer eventualidade , na maioria das vzz estão sentados no bar.

O cheking demorou quase 1h, só conseguimos entrar às 15h. Os pedidos no bistrô demoravam muito para serem entregues. Claramente faltava pessoal. A maior parte dos itens do cardápio não estavam disponíveis. No único dia que pedimos para limparem o quarto, a camareira esqueceu de deixar toalhas, quando retornamos da praia o hotel não conseguia resolver pois não havia ninguém na governança. Mais de 1h para conseguirem uma toalha. E a comunicação não existe. Não atendem telefone, não respondem ao whatsapp. O espaço é lindo e limpo, mas a equipe é mal treinada e insuficiente. De zero a dez daria cinco.
