• To ensure the comfort and quality of your stay, our property is designed to accommodate up to six guests. For each additional guest beyond the fifth, there will be an extra guest fee of $20 per night. Please note that the minimum pet fee applies regardless of whether your booking is for fewer than 4 nights. Pet fees are collected separately

• For all non-Airbnb reservations, we require guests to provide photos of their IDs along with a selfie holding the ID for registration purposes.
