I recently stayed at this condotel and had a generally convenient experience with a few drawbacks. Pros: • Great Location: The condotel is close to the airport, making it an excellent choice for travelers needing quick and easy access. • Safe and Secure: The property felt secure, giving me peace of mind throughout my stay. • Convenience: It’s well-situated for immediate needs, with easy access to essentials. • Responsive Caretaker: Communication was smooth, and any inquiries or requests were promptly addressed. Cons: • Inconsistent Hot Water: The shower’s hot water fluctuated, which made bathing less comfortable. • Pest Issue: Unfortunately, I encountered cockroaches, which was a downside to the stay. • Linen Maintenance: Towels should be replaced for guests staying more than three days, and pillowcases and blankets need more frequent changes. • No Shower Curtain: This made it difficult to keep the bathroom dry after showers. • Small Dining Space: The dining area felt a bit cramped, limiting comfort during meals. This property gives highly convenient access to the airport and the Newport City shopping, restaurants, and entertainment center. The condotel itself is well maintained and clean. However, the hallway is dark and my unit faced a parking lot that was old and not well lit. Spiffing up these areas could help create a more pleasant and safer experience.

There is no signage to identify property. The poperty manager does not check if all the items in the room are in working condition. The bed is tilted down on the headboard side and about to collapse. The extra bed is very old that my child was very uncomfortable lying on it. Kitchen needs to be cleaned. It was good that we only need a place to rerst for our travel to foreign so we did not stay more than four hours or we would have checked out and just sleep at the airport.
