It was great value and quick cab ride to anywhere in the city. The cafe food was too sweet or too salty for me. I paid for everything online, including breakfast. The online site asked for my children's age and I entered it, so I assumed all breakfast was paid for, but when we went to eat breakfast, they charged me for my eldest child (10 yrs old) which confused me.

I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels around Quezon but in terms of value for money and staff support this has been the best by far. It’s a new hotel and the facilities (gym, pool etc) are excellent. For me it couldn’t be more convenient, just a short stroll to Edsa. Great breakfast, it even has a passable restaurant and I hope they can maintain both the building and the superb customer services.

The team was exceptional. From start to finish, everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable, present and definitely accomodating. The food options were plentiful, absolutely delicious, and the service team attentive. We took advantage of the Chinese New Year pre fixe menu for the 5 of us.
