The air conditioning unit blows hard enough to be considered a wind storm. It does not seem to be adjustable. The staff were excellent and trying to adjust it, but it was either on full blaster off and they said that all the units were exactly the same. The swimming pool is all bit useless Barely thigh deep.

No go. They will haggle you for deposit outside Expedia costs. Breakfast not include children. And expensive. This is Manila, no need to be expensive. Be safe, stay with familiar brands and safety. Use Grab only for taxi.

This was my 2nd time staying at the Bayviewprime Hotel. It was convenient, extremely clean and modern. They also serve an excellent buffet breakfast. When in Manila again, I will use ther hotel again.

The check in and check out was a horrible experience. Minors were required to provide IDs. We were charged of 350 pesos for hand towel that they insist was missing when we’re sure it’s all in there. I ask them if we open our luggage and it’s not there,will they not charge us. They said we still need to pay. I have read the same scenario in their reviews but I don’t believe it but I guess I was wrong because I experienced it now. Don’t book in this hotel!

Horrible staff, accused us of stealing their clothes hanger ( there was none in the closet when we were staying there) and deducted money without any evidence. Never seen such unprofessional staff anywhere. And out of everything in the room, we would walk away with a clothes hanger, sure. Breakfast is very sub standard, not many options at all. Long story short, STAY AWAY.

Loved our stay here. The room is spacious and clean. I love their pool. The biggest draw was the continuous hot water. I felt like I was in the shower for an eternity. You could hear the train go through almost every hour but it wasn’t loud enough to disturb your rest.
