"The hotel was wonderful. The staff is the best part. The dining onsite is good. The area outside is very crowded and not safe to just walk around and site see. You will get robbed or rundown if you are not careful. Take taxi’s and watch out. But the hotel was lovely. Easy to get tours etc. "

"I stayed here on my vacation in the Phillipines i like the most is the people the gym is very clean , pool is clean no smells the hot tub is clean not to crowded bec of its exclusivity for the resident and guest only , the staff in the dinning for breakfast are very professional clean and the food is amazing very worth it. "Ascott was very nice with great customer service. Disappointed in cooking utensils, water heater for coffee didnt work, sink and shower and bathroom had issues draining, shower did not get very hot but sinks did, old tv's without access to netflix, etc. Rest of experience was great, comfortable rooms, and great house keeping service."

"Value for money Very little noise heard from the street even though it was on a busy corner surrounded by the "nightlife". Hotel is surrounded by men selling viagra, watches or fake phones and women/men selling their services. They are easy to dismiss but does get annoyong after a while. Makati was easy to navigate around providing youre prepared to walk a lot or catch one of the local jeep style tuk tuks. Plenty of places to eat with a variety of style of foods ranging from local Philipino food...

"Our high school celebrated our Golden Reunion Gala on this hotel. It was truly wonderful and we enjoyed the night. The staff are all friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the sumptuous and delicious complimentary breakfast buffet."
