So, I went to nearby convinient store to buy ice & asked the kitchen stuff if they have a bucket I could put my ice…unfortunately, they don’t have a bucket either.

Staff service level is very good consider the price. Facilities are soso, but they can improve such as squeaky door, slanted cabinet door, water drop from air-conditioning. They will fix the problem if ask, but it would be good if all facilities are already maintained well when customer arrived. Again, all staff are very helpful and many convenience stores and restaurants near Hotel. Good for business trip.
