Savoy offers a variety of breakfast and I enjoyed it. It is convenient to shop and it has a shuttle that goes to the New World Resort. Everyone is courteous and nice in the hotel. Great accommodation too. It’s affordable to stay in the hotel and is very close to the airport. We will be back!

Overall the hotel is very nice and the staff is good. On the downside the coordination for the airport pickup was confusing. When I checked out I asked where to wait and if someone would get me and my baggage. I never got a good answer. When the time for pickup came I again asked and it was if the staff did not know about the reservation. This process needs to be improved. I should have been told where to wait and that I and my bags would be taken to the vehicle when it arrives.

The City is building a new raised roadway in front of Savoy Pasay Hotel. Too bad. As it takes away the ambience of the entry area and it is an absolute organised mess.While the staff are excellent most efficient and helpful for the older traveller as well as for the business travellers.
